AUTHENTICITY IN EVERY LEVELS OF BEING  (Article published in Sybil Magazine Feb 2020)

WE ARE ONE

There is only one life, one field of energy. We are one with everything in the universe. Big statements and true.

I had a personal experience of it when practicing Qi Gong in a park under majestic trees, bare feet on the grass. We had beautiful bright crisp days and the energy in my body felt clear and flowing. One morning the energy felt completely different, sluggish and heavier than normal. I was the same within myself and could not understand why it felt so strange. When I asked the teacher, he replied” Look around you. Do you notice the shift in the weather today?” That morning the weather was overcast, grey, slightly grizzling and very still. My internal energy matched it! Now you can understand why depressed people feel worse on cloudy dark days. If your internal energy is already heavy and low, the outer environmental energy will compound it. Keeping your own energy clear and flowing is vital to minimize the outer impact on it, allowing you to function normally and stay in the state you want to be in.

Life is one, manifesting in a multiplicity of complex and beautiful forms. The life force in a butterfly is identical to the one in your own being. It is just expressed differently.

You are also one within your Body-Heart-Soul. The energy flowing through all levels is the same in different degrees of vibration. Just as Ice-Water-Vapour is still the same substance H2O. That explains why you cannot affect one aspect without impacting the whole and  why you need to pay attention to your soul’s messages. Through sensing the body, you stay connected with it. You can check whether you are congruent and comfortable or if something does not feel right.

We are all brothers and sisters in the big family of the human race. Have you noticed that last time you saw another person in pain you felt it too?  When I saw the extraordinary performance of an Olympian champion my heart exploded in joy as if I had won myself! After the first person made it to the top of Mount Everest, it became easier for others to achieve the same feat. We are all here embodying that extraordinary life force in varied, rich and complex characters, all striving to stay true to our purpose and service to others. Everything we think, feel and do affect others in ways we cannot imagine. So stay aware. What kind of energy do you wish to co-create and share with the world?

Most importantly we are one with Source. That original creative energy which sustains all life is always with us, nourishing, guiding and waiting to help any time we ask. We found ourselves in that exquisite paradox of living through one life energy yet expressing it in our own unique way which makes the world such a magnificent and stimulating place. The tapestry of life is not the same without your unique contribution!
